Specification

The Specification attributes let you record technical or regulatory details about a product, such as strength, type, and volume. These fields are optional and are private by default, meaning they are visible only to store administrators unless you choose to change this.

Available attributes:

• Strength: the strength or potency of the product (e.g. alcohol percentage, dosage)
• Type: the type or variant classification of the product
• Volume (ml): the volume of the product in milliliters

Setting up Specification attributes

1. Review the attributes

Go to Assortment → Products → Product Settings.

In the panel on the right, locate the Product Attributes section. Scroll down until you find the Specification heading.

For each attribute, click the edit icon and select your preferred visibility option, then click Save.

2. Add specification details to a product

Go to Assortment → Products and open the product you wish to edit.

Scroll to the bottom-right of the product page. You will find the Specification fields, where you can fill in the relevant details for each attribute.
